Dear Sir,
I have purchased mobile handset of Spice from your company after watching add in TV. Price 4999/- model 508 with order no[protected], sub order no 87072807 dtd 07.09.2014. I have received the same on 11.09.14. I am so much unhappy with your service because after receiving the same day, handset was getting switched off when the charger has been removed. Phone waw working only and only when it was in charging mode.
Then I have registered the complain in your company with complain no[protected].
Then I have received the cal from your company that pls charge your handset for minimum 5 hours so that ur ph can be started. I did the same but still problem did not solve.
Again I have talked in HS18, then I have been told to visit Spice service centre At Rajkot.From there I have been given SR No 0610557E90092, dtd 16.09.14 saying that there was battery problem and also i have been told to come after two days for the same.
Again I visited after two days at Spice service center but at that time, I have been told that Battery has been asked from the company. You will get the same as soon as possible.
From that days to till today, I have calIed with so many executives at spice service centre but I am receiving the same reply that you will get your battery very shortly. Just wait and watch and have not received the same and I am not able to use my new phone.
Even I have not received any curtesy call from the spice service centre after registering my complain on 23.09.14 with complain no. [protected]
If you are connected with this type of company, you will loose the business instead of getting customer feedback.
If my problem will not be resolved in next 48 hours, it will be very bad experience for me and I will take help of Consumer court.
