Homeshop18 — Mobile not working Order no[protected]

Dear Sir/Madam, I received xolo Q2500 on 25.05.2015. oprder no is[protected] booking date is 22.05.2015. when i was insert sim in mobile after that mobile not working in proper manner. Sensor not working in good condition, when i touch for opening the file, not open in one tap. When i open any application automatically audio will start and give the instruction about file. So you please solve query regarding mobile. Best Regards
