[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Mobile Phone | |||||
I purchased a new mobile phone but the handset was defective. I complained about the new handset to customer care, they advised me to take it to service centre for any technical issues. There in service centre they repaired my handset. When I informed the customer care that the hand set was repaired so they cannot exchange the handset. So why should I use the repaired one when I have paid money to the new one. Please help me and advise me what to do. Was this information helpful? | |||||
