Hi, this is brajesh kumar, i have attached all the information right from product delivery to return. I had place order after ongoing ad on tv and received the order. There were three mobile phone for inr 1500/- i checked and found one was not working at all other's quality wise overall order not good so i want to get refund for this. Now these people telling me digital product policies doesn't allow refund or replacement. This is cheating when i don't like quality and moreover one product is delivered defaults how come they don't have policies to refund.
