Homeshop18 — Money not refunded after returning the damaged product. | |||
Hello friend, I have ordered a Nayasa Multi Utility Rack-Blue for Rs. 1199 on 05-June-14 and received on 15-June-14 (Shipment Number: [protected]), I had got a damaged product, so I returned it back. I was told that, my money will be returned back through Cheque Payment with 3-4 days, but still yet I am only waiting ...waiting...for my money. I had complained several times on customer care number, but it seems that, HomeShop18 had no interest in returning the money. Creating this kind of situations will really hamper your service in market. I will never ever buy your products from now onwards, if I w'll not get my money back. I hope you understand.
