[Resolved] Homeshop18 — My Courier was delivered to someone else | |||
Just now i got a message in my phone saying that the product I ordered from homeshop18.com was delivered. And i didn't even get the product. I have been waiting for the product to be delivered for the past week and now it got delivered to someone else's residence. Not only your service is 1 week behind schedule but also your service is unreliable as well. I tried calling the helpline number and they said they won't provide me with any assistance and I have to send an email, which I did and after 24hrs I still didn't get any response from them yet.
