Homeshop18 — No action even after delivering the wrong product | |||
Hi, I have ordered clothes for my kid from homeshop 18 around 8-10 days ago, but haven't got the product. When i called to check about the same they apologized for the delay and told me that i will get the product in another couple of days. Finally i got the product in next couple of days and to my surprise when i opened the product i found that it was some cosmetic product. When i checked the delivery address i found that the address was of Maharashtra but the great delivery system of homeshop delivered it to my address in Bangalore. After i got the wrong product i have been calling customer care and asking for refund but only response i get is they took the high priority complaint and will arrange a call back but never got any call from them. Pathetic service, very disappointing absolutely no customer satisfaction. -Santosh Was this information helpful? | |||
