[Resolved] Homeshop18 — No after sale service | |||
We had informed home shop about the bad quality of the product and immediate return as soon as we got the product. They said they would send someone in 3 days and no one came. We were at home and it was lied that no one was at home. No one has come since then after repeated reminders. Looks like Home shop 18 never wanted to take back the product and knowinly gave a bad product to us. Its been a month now as we keep reminding them and you keep telling that someone will come in 3 days?? I want someone to come immediately and take the product and provide full refund.
