I've placed order with homeshop18 on 15 march 2018 0f super clean mop but have received faulty item against this order no.[protected] Lodged complaint to homeshop18 on 18 march 2018 (Complaint no-hs[protected] We have followed regularly for last week but till date we have not received any resolution from homeshop18 about our complaint. Verified Support Apr 03, 2018 HomeShop18 Customer Care's response Dear Mr. Abhinav, As per our telephonic conversation, We request you to please pack the product in its Original packing along with a complaint letter indicating the nature of the problem/defect. Kindly mention the order number on top of the packing. We have arranged a reverse pickup of the product from your door step by Xpress Bees courier services.
