[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — no redressal of complaint

I've placed order with homeshop18 on 15 march 2018 0f super clean mop but have received faulty item against this order no.[protected]
Lodged complaint to homeshop18 on 18 march 2018 (Complaint no-hs[protected]
We have followed regularly for last week but till date we have not received any resolution from homeshop18 about our complaint.
I have annexed bill with this complaint.

As per our telephonic conversation, We request you to please pack the product in its Original packing along with a complaint letter indicating the nature of the problem/defect. Kindly mention the order number on top of the packing. We have arranged a reverse pickup of the product from your door step by Xpress Bees courier services. The courier advisor will come to you within 3-4 working days.
