[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — no response for negative feedback and wrong products delivery

Recently my son purchased gillette mach turbo 3 cartridges from homeshop18 (order no.[protected] and sub order number[protected].He ordered for "gillette mach turbo 3 cartridges" but homeshop18 delivered "gillette mach 3 cartridges" and even after providing negative feedback there's no callback or response from them.please take a strict action against such lazy sellers of online marketing.
