I, M R MOHANTY, bought the Penta Dual Core Calling Tablet With Keyboard Approved By BSNL -red online from HOMESHOP18. Order Date:[protected] vide Order no.[protected], Invoice Date:[protected] vide invoice no. TARA/14-15/179042 as per Retail Invoice sent through e-mail. The price of Tablet which I paid is Rs. 6999 /- (INR). Handset Received on[protected] ONLINE SHOPPING THROUGH: - HOMESHOP18 (www.homeshop18.com) Address: - Tarash Overseas Pvt.Ltd. Plot No.5, Sector- 27, Near Ssr Corporate Tower, Faridabad Haryana Faridabad– 121003. (Address given by Customer Care Executive of HOMESHOP18 through voice Call) SELLER: - TARASH OVERSEAS PVT. LTD. Address: - Building No.- 47, 2nd Floor, Brij Mohan Marg, near Hindi Park, Daryaganj, New Delhi – 110002. (Address written on Invoice Retail) The detail of my address is M.R MOHANTY M.I.G, FLAT NO - 71D, 3RD FLOOR, BLOCK - B, RAJAT VIHAR, SEC - 62, NEAR - SEC 56 POLICE CHOWKI Noida India 201301 ) The whole case is described in the following:- 1. I ordered tablet handset through www.homeshop18.com online on[protected] and received that mobile on[protected]. 2. I booked complaint on[protected] that the ear phone is not functioning properly and speaker volume is very low and the outgoing call is not functioning. 3. HOMESHOP18 reply back on[protected] and told to return the product alongwith complaints in the plain paper and the person will pick up the product from the residence and my cheque will be refunded within 10-15 days at my address. 4. they picked up the product on 4-9-2014 but i have not yet received the cheque from the home shop 18 til dated[protected]. 5. Whenever I call to the Customer Care number[protected] . they say my cheque is ready from[protected] but the cheque is not yet despatched till dated[protected] and the same will be couriered to you within 2 days from[protected] but the cheque is not despatched till dated[protected]. 6. HOMESHOP18 only gives me the complain reply back through SMS that we have registered the complaint no[protected] against order no[protected] dated[protected]. 7. But i have not received the cheque till dated[protected]. 8. Everyday I call them to deliver the cheque to me from[protected] till dated[protected] but they say we are sorry for late and your cheque will be delivered within 2 days. There is no solution from home shop 18, Please resolve immediately.
