[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Non-delivery of one of the items (RESEALER)

Sir,
In response to your TV advt., I placed order on 23.1.17 on your toll-free no. for “SMART CHOPPING SOLUTION” by Ezyhome for Rs. 999/-(thru COD), where 3 freebies were also promised at no extra cost, viz. a veg. cutter, a knife & a resealer(three items). This was my first order ever, & I am totally disappointed with the fact that I did not receive “RESEALER”, which is mentioned on the carton received today at around 3:30pm. Right from placing order to delivery of the product, I received 5 SMSs which I would draw your attention to :-
1) Soon after placing the order, I received Ist SMS at 8:18 pm, thereby informing the details of the order placed. (ORDER No. [protected] for Rs. 1200/-).
2) 2nd SMS received on 28.1.17(10:47 am) which reads “Your Homeshop18-FOS shipment with AWB No. [protected] & Order No.[protected] is out for delivery. Plz keep Rs. 1200/- cash ready.”
3) 3rd SMS on 28.1.17(1:35 pm) which reads “Your Homeshop18 Order [protected] is out for delivery via Delhivery(FOS) with AWB No. [protected] to your delivery address. Plz keep COD amount of Rs. 1200/- ready to receive the order.”
4) 4th SMS on 28.1.17(7:50 pm) which reads “Your package from Homeshop18-FOS with Order No.[protected] could not be delivered today as the customer asked for delayed delivery.”
Here, it is informed that no such request was made by me for delayed delivery.
5) 5th SMS on 29.1.17(9:49 am) which reads “Your Homeshop18-FOS shipment with AWB No. [protected] & Order No.[protected] is out for delivery. Plz keep Rs. 1200/- cash ready.”

From the above, it is evident that two different Order Nos. are referred to, which may be cleared as to why the left out product(Resealer) was not sent to me. I have paid COD of Rs. 1200/-. I may be sent the same urgently. Being my first experience with your shopping, I hope u will keep ur commitment of reliable services.
