[Resolved] Homeshop18 — non delivery of order [protected] | |||||
Reg: non receipt of pre-paid order I have been to run pillar to post made endless calls to your contact center, However i am just getting standard answer that my order delivery issue is been looked into and will be reverted to. Let me inform you about the sequence of events, I placed an order (Prepaid) on homeshop18, order #: [protected] on 22nd aug, Post that i receive a call from your courier partner, infact what they did was gave a "missed call" on 29th aug, (7days post order date) To which i reverted back, the guy said it will be delivered tomorrow i. E thursday (30th aug), to my surprise i got an sms saying my order is rescheduled as per my request. Quite shocking since i never asked for any reschedule, next day (31st aug) i receive a call from homeshop18 stating that the order will be delivered in next 2 days. The same day 31st aug i receive an sms on 21:37hrs stating that my order is delivered, which i quite shocking since i didnt receive it at all. However i reached out to your call center, who after much haggling, gave me a direct line no, and promised resolution in next 3-4 days, now we are on 5th sep'18 and your contact center agent still instead of resolving my problem are simple juggling me with fake commitments Some one was infact supposed to call me y'day evening with an update, however didnt adhere to her commitment, Its me who is calling your call center up asking the status, infact i also wrote an email, since they were unwilling to share a timeline with me, more so they said "if you Want us to write an email, you will have to escalate on email 1st", which i did just to follow ur protocol. Your agent said she will revert to my email within today evening however to my surprise has not written back. Hope you would look in to my problem and resolve it once and for all. Appreciate your involvement, quite frankly i am skeptical about ordering prepaid from homeshop18. Since i still haven't received my order. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Oct 2, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved thank you consumer forum, for helping me out that too in few days, not only i got my refund but also i got a voucher. HomeShop18 customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Since so long I have been asking and complaining about my refund through cheque or into my account but it has been failed from your side and my order details are here so please refund me as soon as possible, You took 8 month still you haven't refund me yet.
