Homeshop18 — Non dispatching of product | |||||
I had ordered for single bed sheet set buy 1 get 1 last month. I received bed sheet set without pillow covers via order No[protected] last month around 18 Jan 16. When, I inquired about not dispatching pillow covers, I was assured by homeshop18 team that I will get this partial order within 5 working days. Till today, I am not in receipt of the item also, not getting any positive response from homeshop18. Every time, I got only one answer, item is under process and will be dispatched in 4 working days. They are doing this for last one month. Today, I tried to spoke to Mr Gaurav but his way of answering as I noticed was just to ignore me and he droped the line without giving any justifiable answer which is ridicules. This is the service being given by homeshop18 to customers. Now, I am using the bed sheet since I was assured at that time that pillow covers are being dispatched within 4 days. Whenever, I asked for the pillow covers they simply says items is under process. Today I again asked either provide me pillow covers or refund my amount then Mr Gaurav asked me to first courier the beds sheet back and then product will be delivered to me on receipt of the old shipment. When, I asked Mr Gaurav will you take the used bed sheet back then he told me sorry he can not do any help in this case. Now, I have no option left with me either to forget about pillow covers and end the matter without any further hassles or to raise this issue at appropriate level. Leaving the matter is not the correct solution for this kind of incident they will do the same thing with other customers and keep on cheating/ harassing the customers. Hence, I decided to choose your forum to get justice. Kindly intervene and resolve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||

So far I have not received any response neither from consumer team nor from homeshop18 team that means no one is bother about my issue. So let this issue leave on the almighty god who will justice with me. Now I do not have any faith in both the teams and will not call here after. Let homeshop 18 keep on rising to reach on peak with my two pillow covers. Thanku god bless both of you.
