[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Non-receipt of order | |||
I had placed order with Homeshop18 vide order No.[protected] Maha Bachat Dhamakedar 41 pcs Happy Family Multi brands Ration Combo on 21st October 2014 and it was to be delivered on 7th November 2014 through SAFEEXPRESS COURIER CO. the worst ever courier company I have come across.It was booked from from Ghaziabad to be delivered at Wadala, Mumbai. When I did not receive the order I have been contacting Courier Company which has a worst customer care service. They are not able to tell me when it will be delivered though they say that consignment has reached Mumbai on 4th November 2014. Even Homeshop18 customer care has not been able to reply me as to when they would arrange the delivery. They simply give forward the complaint and give empty promises. They even told me that their Seniors are in contact with the company but it seems their Seniors have no guts to put pressure on the courier company to deliver the consignment. It seems that courier company has either misplaced or lost the consignment and trying to avoid me. Even Homeshop18 are trying to avoid me by giving evasive replies on email as I have demanded refund of my amount which was paid through credit card for which I have already made the payment to Bank without even receiving my consignment. I have been contacting the courier company and Homeshop18 everyday from 7th November 2014 till writing of this complaint but to no avail. I therefore, request you to resolve my complaint.
