[Resolved] Homeshop18 — non receipt of refund | |||||
I am liteshri pujara. I have ordered a combo of 6 tshirt which was not delivered to me instead something else was delivered then they told me i have to deliver the product and the executive told me they will refund the courier charges but instead not even the price of the product has been delivered and more worse is that they don't refumd the shipping charges paid earlier which i paid for my order which is not delivered. Its 16 april today and i have not received my refund while as per courier and homeshop18 records the product is delivered back to them on 30 march nor they are co - operating at all. I suggest evrybody never buy anything from homeshop18 because its money thrown as neither the product nor the money comes back. Homeshop18 has theworst policies Was this information helpful? | |||||
