Homeshop18 — Non refund of money

I had purchased a triveni womens kurta, sub order no[protected] on 25th april-14 for rs.342/-.I had to return the product because it was of bigger size than what i ordered.Its been 3 months now but still i havnt recieved the refund amount.The call centre executives are hopeless and so are the people sitting in homeshop18 customer care.They do not reply to mails.Neither they give any concrete answers.Everytime i write them, they send an automated response.
