Homeshop18 — NON-REPACEMENT OF PRODUCT | |
I ordered this product from homeshop18 on 22nd nov2014 and got its delivery by 3rd dec2014. The product which i got, misfit's me. So the same day I raised a complaint for replacement of the product. Now it has been 10 days the homeshop18 team has not responded to my complaint. Whenever I call them they tell me that give us 72 hours we will arrange a pick up, but no service has been provided yet. I am just fed up of this company now. Plz someone help me out.
