Homeshop18 — not giving the cheque and a complete fraud

Hi, I had bought a product from your company and my OrderId was[protected].there was no stock for shoe size 8. So you informed me that will give you a cheque for the full amount as our product is out of stock. It has been more than a month I have called around 15 times but everytime they say we have dispatched the cheque but I didn't get any cheque yet. I have lodged a complaint also with no.[protected]. but didn't get the cheque so again filed a complaint no.[protected] but still its of no use. I personally hate this company and will never buy any product from you and will suggest my friends also not to buy anything from you. Its really frustrating now. I am really disappointed with your customer service and your call center as they are not answering properly. I hated the way you treat with the customers. I still didn't get my cheque.
