Homeshop18 — Not received the product and rude service by customer care

I have not received my product within given time frame. every time I call them, they give vague response, that complaint is registered and you will receive the product within two working days. Today I asked for refund, they are saying that my request has been noted down and I will have to callback again after two days for knowing the status. Why do I need to call them every time for knowing every thing? I have provided my mail id and mobile no. Why cant they mail me the status? Their representatives give very rude and irresponsible asnwers. I am worried for my money. Please help.
