[Resolved] Homeshop18 — not returning my money | |||
Homeshop18 I had ordered makeup products 24pc on 14th january 2019 makeup kit&facial combo at 999 and the quantity was 2 +shipping charges was 251 and the total amount which i had paid is rs 2249 from homeshop18... I received my product on 21st january 2019... I unbox the product and it was totally disappointing and totally damaged... And 1 quantity was missing... On the same day i called homeshop18 customer care executive and request for the replacement... On 25th january 2019 the courier boy came to my address and picked the product from me and he gave me the replacement receipt on 27th january 2019... After 2days i received message from homeshop18 that the product which i had purchased and request for replacement is out of stock so they are returning my money back... So i called the customer care executive and they again transferred my calls to head executive and now they are not explaining me properly neither they are returning my money... I called them again and again but no response and also not returning my money... I am totally in depressed please help me... They are totally fraud... Please help me...
