Homeshop18 — Order deivered to someone not from my family, despite of cancellation of order

I placed an order for a towel set (order Id[protected] and made online payment using a debit card. The amount was deducted from my bank account but the system showed that my order could not be processed. So I called up customer care number and the customer care executive confirmed that payment has not been received and I will get a refund of the amount in 24-48 hours and I should place another order to get the towel set. So I did the same and placed another order for the towel set and the same got processed. The next day I gave another call to the customer care and they suggested that the amount deducted from my bank account will be refunded within 72 hours and I can send a scanned copy/transaction id of the bank in case the amount is not refunded. After an hour or 2, I checked the online status of my order and found that homeshop18 has received the payment now and both my orders (for the same product) are under process. So, I again gave a call to customer care and requested them to cancel the duplicate order. The customer care executive even confirmed the same and also raised a complaint. However, I received 2 messages at night stating that each of the 2 orders have been shipped for delivery to my place. Since it was pretty late in night so I again called up the customer care today in the morning enquiring about the status of my orders when they confirmed that my orders will be cancelled and in case the products are delivered to my place then I should not accept them. However, the delivery person delivered both the orders to someone near my home (and not to the person specified in my order) and took his signatures to confirm the delivery. Please let me know what can I do if the delivery boy delivers the products to anybody and not the person specified by me or anyone from my family? Is this the credibility of an online shopping site? They deliver the product for which we have already made the payment to any body???? On top of it, I have been trying to speak with someone senior in the customer care department but my call is always put on hold and I keep waiting for 20-25 minutes each time. The customer care executive with whom I had a word today in the morning promised me a call back before 7:00 p.m. and despite of my frequent calls no one from the department is making me speak to a supervisor. Now, I do not want any product from homeshop18 and want to return both the towel sets as I am really annoyed with calling customer care again and again and keep waiting for them to resolve my query. Request you to please take the towl sets back and refund my money for both the sets. Further, kindly suggest an email id which can be used to escalate the issue in homeshop18.
