Sub : Refund money due to supply of Damaged product & replaced with other product.

This is to inform that I have ordered ( refer above order) but regret to say that the delivered items were damaged and assured to us to replace the same.

Today I have received the product which was not ordered, hence please arrange to take back the materials and process the refund immediately.
