I ordered surya gas stove on 7th of july, and received it on next day with defective product. I raised complain regarding same and product was picked for replacement after 1 week but they advised me that your product will be replaced within 4- 5 working days but today is 29th july and i didn't receive my product or my money. Customer care executive always give suggestions me that please wait for some more day but i am not getting my solution.
I want my money back, please help me out.
