The items, cook& serve bowls, received are too small in size and are of no use to me. The items were displayed in the homeshop18 tv program on 25/08/2017. The displayed items in tv program appeared much bigger in size and suitable to me. Also, the quality of steel bowls are very poor. Wherein i clearly stated the reason regarding the bowl size, quality of steel which differs from my actual requirement and requested return and refund of money after pick up. I am extremely sorry to say that the item is still awaiting for pick up. Homeshop 18 enquirerd on 07/09/17 regarding the status of pick up and the actual status"pending" has been communicated over phone no.[protected] at 6.07 pm on 07/09/17. As on date (08/09/17), the item is still awaiting for pick up. I request to do needful at the earliest.
