[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — order no [protected] want to return the same

Have received the above mentioned order today, details are
Hi, your homeshop18 order [protected] is dispatched on[protected], via gati surface with awb no.[protected] and will be delivered in 9 days. For any queries, please call on [protected]. Which i received today details are
Hi, your homeshop18 order [protected] has been delivered on[protected] and received by 9jyoti. For queries pls call us on[protected] b/w 9:30am-6:30pm.
Not happy with the result and is dangerous and hazardous for kids hence want to return it back. Its not as per what i saw and thought of.

Payment for the same was done through netbanking details are mentioned below.

This to inform you that today is 5th of march, i have requested return of a product on 21st feb, still no action has been taken for the same, i hereby again request you to look into the matter and sort the problem as its been lingering from your side for so long time.
