Dear seller, I have this product order no : [protected] which was delivered to me on[protected]. I have bought the product after confirmation from your executive. That i can return the product within 15 days after receipt of material. He has no where mentioned that i need to file the complaint within 5 days. As i bought this product for my daughter who came yesterday. And the size was not appropriate so i called to return the product. Based on you the complaint you executive call today that they have listened the call recording during order placement of[protected]. But i am unsatisfied by thier response. I need to listen the recording of the order as per your executive confirmation of 15 days i put the order. Hence kindly send the call recording of the order date. Because the product is not useful for me as i put the order taken into the consideration of 15 days lead time. I could have not placed the order if your executive confirmed me 5 days lead time for registration of complaint. Fraudulent is done with me neither your customer care executive told me while placing the order nor it’s written on order.
