[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Order no.[protected], Complaint mail of 7 in 1 Kitchen mate after four(4) calls to customer care | |||
I had purchased a 7 in 1 kitchen mate from you(Homeshop 18) on dated 09th April 2014 . Problems started occurring after 3rd use in the same machine, After 5th time that machine was not even cutting cabbage. I complained four(4) times at your customer care & twice at manufacturers mobile number(given on the box).Manufacturer told me that he has not committed any direct warranty to me, my warranty is via. Home Shop 18 & I have to contact Home shop18 customer care. Whenever i contact Home shop18 customer care, they very politely told that their technical advisor will call me within 48 hours. I am awaiting for his call since 26th may 2014 for a call from their side, i had called four(4) times for the same call but i have not received any of the call from them. But it seems that they are fake, just sitting their to give cold wipes & nothing else. Earlier i was thinking that Home Shop 18 is a reliable brand & they sell only good product, but we can buy any product from their TV channel. I had bought some products from your TV channel previously also. But if this is the real picture of customer care of Home Shop 18. I think buying any product from your channel is just like inviting the trouble Now, I am requesting you to please do some needful help for me. Kindly bring me out from this problem.
