Sir/ Madam I purcahsed new mobile from homeshop18 in last week dt 21.June.14 Refer attached below details ON TV Show infomed this is 3G+3G Dual SIM but when I received on rear side of the BOX it mentioned 2G +2G Also from last two days my mobile is automically switch off (* battey is fully charged) Please clarify 3G matter and suggest for swicth off problem.
