Hi, I have purchased a set of Denim Jeans from Homeshop18. Normally 34 Sizes fit for me, but this set of jeans is very small and not fit and usable. I also got a free goggle along with it which is damaged condition. Now I called customer care after they refused to return and saying complaint should be lodged withing 24 hours. But now it is a week time after the delivery ( I was out of station and opened it once I back). I would like to address this issue for a refund or replacement of product. One arrogant executive called me said replacement of the product is not possible. Now, I'd I done mistake ordering product online. How one ca decide the size of the product while ordering. I hereby request please refund my order. Kindly resolve my issue.
