[Resolved] Homeshop18 — order no.[protected] | |||||
I had ordered from Homeshop18 a pack of 3 jeans Denim Fest-Pack of 3 cotton rich Stretchable Jeans for size 34 by X-Cross by paying 999/- on 28th June 2018. The color combinations were, Black, Light Blue and Sky Blue. Homeshop18 had delivered a packet containing 1 Acid wash Jeans Brownish Black of size 34, 1 cotton stretchable Black Trouser of size 34 (both X-Cross products); and one size 36 light blue jeans by K-San. None of these were my ordered items. These were ordered for a special occasion, and Homeshop 18 had failed to deliver my ordered items. Still I found that the one suited my order was Black Cotton stretchable Trouser though not jean pant and wanted to use the same. I had raised a complaint with Homeshop 18 and they were very casual in accepting the mistake and did not allow me to use the black pant which was more or less suiting my order and asked me to return the whole set of pants and promised me that they will send the ordered items after receiving the returned items. This seemed unfair to me as I had requested to bring them the ordered items and pick up the items from me simultaneously. How can I trust them when they could not send one order correctly that they would send me the correct items next time that too after picking up the items from my end. If they don't send the items and don't refund the amount paid by me, I am at loss of time, money and peace of mind too. Homeshop18 team was not budging to my request of allowing me to use the one trouser which suits to wear for the occasion intended to attend by me. Such unfair practices by e-commerce portals needs to be curbed and customers needs to be substantially rewarded for the mistakes done by Homeshop18 team. Now, I request Homeshop18 to get the ordered items and pick up the wrong items simultaneously, else refund the amount first with penalty and pick up the wrong items from my end. I purchased a ikall k2 mobile in the month of march 2018 and now from last few days the battery is swelled up and phone hardly last for 3-7 mins. There is 1 year warranty also. it's our request to repair the mobile as soon as possible.our mobile no is [protected] and name is Parminderpal singh.please resolve our issue urgently.

My order no. is [protected], and I have attached the photos for your reveiw on what was ordered and what was delivered.
Today, the courier pickup person came in the morning and I have returned all the 3 Jeans Pants very reluctantly and it was a disappointing experience as I could not use the ordered item on the specific ocassion.
I did not know that a portal like Homeshop18 can also commit such silly errors of sending wrong items and offer credit points to ensure that the customer buys some other product from them once again. Also, my order had Rs.150 coupon which I can use for my next purchase which was missing in the package. I feel that Homeshop18 has disappointed me with such mediocre services which I never expected to be.
