Homeshop18 — order not shipped

I have placed an order with homeshop18

Order date: monday, september 2, 2019

Its been more than 10 days now, they have not shipped the order. I tried to call all their customer care numbers including[protected],[protected], but either the number is invalid or not available. I even sent a mail to [protected]@homeshop18.com but no response.

They should either ship the product or refund my money.
