Homeshop18 — Ordered two but received one item

Dear /s I have ordered two sets of "Nova Roti Maker N1124 + Atta Maker + Casserole" and paid Rs 4524/- ( One costs 2599/- and after 12% discount at the time of booking for two it was 4524/-, photo proof attached ) with order number[protected] and suborder 82508055. I have logged a complaint with ticket number[protected] with HS18. Its already one month they are not at all responding to the calls. Even if you call them, they only tells we will respond in 24 hrs, but no response every time. I have tried with attaching photo proof, but it taking long time without any change.
