[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — ordered two items but received only one

Hi, i ordered for pack of 2 double bed mink blankets by harisons homes brown+blue[protected] on 15/11/2018
But recieved only one blanket (Brown). We have already paid rupees 1550.
Called your customer care but they are not giving proper response, wrote email but no response. Its a mistake from your side, kindly send another blanket (Blue) or take your item back and refund our money. It was a very bad shopping experience, will think 1000 times next time before buying anything from homeshop18. Hope you will resolve this as early as possible.

Complaint has been resolved but homeshop18 took more than 15 days to resolve the issue. Recieved the parcel containing two blankets as replacement on 13th december 2018 and got this email from homeshop 18: Greetings from HomeShop18! This is with reference to your e-mail dated 5-Dec-2018 in regards to the status of your Order number 1028112101. Please note that the said order has been dispatched for your desired address through Courier: Xpress Bees, AWB number: 1357618660979, Dated: 8-Dec-18 and shall reach you in next 2-3 working days.
HomeShop18 customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
