Homeshop18 — Penta calling tab is supported SIM card

Dear Sir I have purchase penta dual core 2G calling tab on 2nd july.My order no is[protected].And i have received my product on 10th july.But unfortunately my tab is not supported by SIM.Due to this i am unable to call or connect net through SIM.Please help me solve my problem.My contact no is [protected].
