I received my order on 06/06/2019. The glass plate was damaged so had complained about it. And your courier partner came to pick up on 08/07/2019. Till 01/11/2019 there was no response from the company, they didn't replace the product and also didn't refund the amount.
Please help me to return my product back or at least refund my amount.

Order cancelled by itself and refund not done for the same.. its been 4 months whenever I call customer care they say wait for 4 to 5 working days you will get refund.. they are cheating people. I want my amount to be refunded. Please Help with the same.
