[Resolved] Homeshop18 — product is different | |||
Hello we ordered a 32 pcs living room combo by gulmohar design of blue colour on 25/10/2018 from home shop 18 but a maroon coloured product was delivered to us on 1/11/18. We immediately called home shop18 about this matter but they didn't respond well.plese help to resolve the issue. Further we called home shop 18 many times for change the product and provide us the product with right colour (blue), but they are not listing us. They are not willing to take any corrective action for their mistake. The product is useless for us and it's a waste of money for us. I have ordered Maha Bachat Pack of 5 Bed sheets by Bela Casa, Product Code: 33540241 on 27/10/2018. Today I have received the product, which is totally different from what I have ordered. The quality of the bed sheets is third class.
