My first order on 5th feb, order id - [protected] PrettyKrafts - Buy 20 pc & get 30 pc organizer set free - pink(cash on delivery) in this case i received only 36 pieces instead of 50 pieces, then i returned product & get e-coupon of Rs-1200 then my second order on 18th feb, order id - [protected] PrettyKrafts - Buy 20 pc & get 25 pc organizer set free - pink via e-coupon of Rs-1200 in this case i received 43 pieces of blue color instead of 45 pieces pink, when i call to customer care, call center executive says that take image of product & email to homshop18, they are playing with me & both time they send wront or less material, now this time i do not take risk on this time of re-order Or material. so, Please take action and try to get my money back.
