Homeshop18 — Product not received and no detail provided regarding Courier

Hi I have placed the order number:[protected] order placed on: Wednesday, February 5, 2014. The expected delivery time was 11 Feb 2014. But 18 Feb 2014, the product is not received. I have received the complaint regarding it having the complait no 96183245 but there is no good response. This firm is totally cheating the customers. The customer care service is totally unsatisfactory just saying that we are trying to trace and contact with courier. I am totally frustracted with this situations.
