Homeshop18 — Product ordered & received is different

Hello, Party name- Manuj Arora Bill No.: 68052 Challan : 68052 Order no.:[protected] I ordered a product on 18 March 2014 @ around 7:30 PM. I was watching homeshop 18 channel in my house & i said to that representative that I want the same saree about which your company channel is dicussing "Right Now", actually at that time on the channel they were showcasing 3 sarees of Khazana Collection one was Lahenga Saree, the other one was Black color Saree, but at that moment when I ordered they were not telling about that saree but was talking about the 3rd sarees & I ordered for the same, but I received the Lahenga saree whose quality as well as design is very cheap. Now when i called to homeshop 18 customer care on 26th March 2014 night around 11 PM their representative Sandeep Rajput spoke to me & he asked me when did i received the product I told him 2-3 days back, i exactly don't remember the time, he told me, according to company policy we can do exchange within 2 days & during whole conversation he was only saying "Sorry" so many times that it was irritaing me because rather solving my problem he was just saying sorry & was not even ready to escalate my issue rather just saying sorry but then i told him that "Sorry" will not solve my problem, I have gifted this to someone very important & in front of that person my image got spoiled because I came to know that the person was thinking how can i gift her such a cheap product which is not even good in quality nor in the design. I ask Sandeep how can this issue be resolved he further told he will arrage a call back for me which i will receive within 48 hrs.& that team/ person will take the decision, but i haven't received the call till now. It seems really bad on the part of company that what type of order management team they have who can't deliver the product which customer has ordered for. Its a loophole with their quality check department as well as supply chain management. I asked from their representative that if i ordered for toothbrush & if you have supplied for shoe brush you can't tell a client according to our policy we exchange within 2 days, co. has to replace it. I told Sandeep about my alternate no. on which i want call back & asked him not to call on no. from which i have ordered. Some where i feel they are trying to delay the case so that at later point they can say, "the case is long back & as per our policy we don't deal with such delayed case".
