Homeshop18 — Received a product instead of Fry Pan - 300 mm i got Fry pan 235 mm

I have ordered Nirali Classic Plus Range - 4Pcs Set with order number[protected] on 26 Jan 2014. I received a product instead of Fry Pan - 300 mm i got Fry pan 235 mm. I have raised a complaint over phone complaint number 95618345 and also a ticket in Homeshop[protected] Till now the refund is not given. I have requested many times over phone to Homeshop18 customer care for return pickup and they are not responding for my requests for return pickup and for refund. Please take action on this issue and instruct homeshop18 to send the correct product Classic Plus Range Fry Pan - 300 mm to me. Thanks, Sreekanth
