This is to draw you attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over the packet with order no.[protected] on 18th april. I received wrong product. That was very dissappointing because i purchased for gifting purpose. I regret to say that i m literally disenchanted the service provided by your company. I never complained about any of service during the past 8 years (I m your regular customer) but this time it was a big letdown. Plz deliver my desired product which i paid (Cod) for that. I have order a room heater & when I get it my hand this broken the box. I also sent mail & scan and sent the room heater above address.My order no is [protected] & complain no is HS[protected].I also contact Mr sumit kumar he did not help me. I hope send my room heater as soon as possible.
