[Resolved] Homeshop18 — received wrong product which I haven't ordered | |
I ordered a brown colored gown but i received a red colored gown. I replaced that but after replacement i again received red one. Then again i requested for replacement but they didn't respond satisfactorily. They said that they can't do anything. We emailed them regularly if they can replace. They closed our complaint by themselves. What's our fault? Why they harassed us? We called them regularly but they said we can't do anything... I am so much disappointed from their service.
