Sub Order No[protected] Mob No [protected].
I have received the goods against above suborder No on 26 Sep 14. When opened the package, the items delivered are found to be defective/broken. Immediately I lodged a complain to HS 18 and got complaint no. On 3rd Oct, I received one SMS from HS18 that our concerned team is contacting but u r not contactable. Same time I call back them and given my alternate No also. On same day they confirmed that the items were received back at concern company i.e. M/s Alex Jwelers Mumbai on 1st Oct 14. From 3rd Oct 14, I am calling HS18 to refund my amount Rs. 1, 999+ 330 for courier charges so many times. Since 3rd Oct, I might have called minimum of 20 times to them. Each time I am getting same response, that, "sir, i will forward the mail and concerned team will call back u within 24 hours. Is paresani ke liye hum mafi chahte hain. Or within 24 working hours, u will get notification regarding release of cheque, etc. I am running behind HS18 to get my money back. HS18 is assuring that we r recording all the voice. This is only the show offs.
If HS 18 is not able to give any resolution after 20 days, who believe your refund rules. Was this information helpful? |
