Homeshop18 — Refund courier chargers | |||
I have been calling customer care and I get the same response from the executives that they will refund my courier charges back. It has been a month that I have registered the complaint and the call had been escalated twice to supervisor Husien. He simply makes false promises and buys a week time and even if I call customer care now, they say they will arrange for a call back which never happened. It’s the worst experience that I have ever had with online shopping. I feel bad that the customers are treated so badly. I wanted to place a couple of more orders on Homeshop18 and when I think of this order, I lose all hopes.!!! Please take this complaint seriously and do the needful.
