Homeshop18 — Refund not getting processed

my ticket no. is 277251 against order number[protected]. I am fed up of contacting customer care agn and agn for the refund since i was sent a defective product. It's been over 2 months that this thing is going on. Now they are asking me for my CC statement which i don't think should be required. I just want this to get over ASAP
