[Resolved] Homeshop18 — refund not yet initiated | |||
My wrong product delivered was picked up after complaining at consumer forum on 29th August only and now the refund cheque is due to come since then being asked at the costumer service desk they are saying that the cheque was dispatched in 7th of September only if that so then where the cheque is ... Coz I didn't received it and if they had not dispatched then making the fool of the customer... A real shameful act by such a reputed company who is selling so many products with so many customers attached... Please help me in this regard to get my refund back...coz it's high time that I am facing the issue first the proudct pick up and now refund...
