Homeshop18 — Regarding incomplete product delivered to us and now company doesnt want to listen as the product was out of their return period of 48 Hrs | |||
We bought roti maker from homeshop18.com by viewing advertisement on television, we ordered by paying cash on delivery and due to death of our relative we was not able to open the package, when we came back and opened the package we found the package was incomplete roti maker came without the handle. and when tried to complaint the homeshop18.com and with their pathetic 48 hrs return policy they didnt entertain our compliant and kept on saying we cant do anything, they kept on giving the 48 hrs policy reason, there must be a solution to this after 48 hrs policy and in genuine case they should help the customer are they free? after delivering incomplete or defective product there must be some remedial channel for that? we requested for delivery of additional part which was missing or replacing it with new one but to our misery they kept on giving us the number of third party seller why would third party seller would entertain my request, it is homeshop18 duty as they are earning comission on selling every product it is their vicarious liability date of order:- 14/07/2015, date of receipt 22/07/2015, we contacted them on 25/07/2015 Our order number KNM/15-16/18229 Product:-Smart Life colored roti maker-red we paid Rs 1499 on COD resolution:- help us get the additional part or replace it with new one Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
