[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — regarding my order id : [protected]... beauty products

I had ordered for vlcc beauty products kit of rs.999 from homeshop18... Which was deliver on 1st july 2019, on opening the package it was boutique kit and on box it's written vlcc, on calling call centre of homeshop18 they are offering me 150 discount on keeping the product, i asked to exchange with my order vlcc the fellow told me it's out of stock, and now it will take 1 week to deposit my money in my bank as per procedure. That means the cheating was done on purpose. This is really fraud on online shopping site... I want when is their mistake why should i block my money with them... They should return it in day or 2.
