To, The manager, Complaints Homeshop18 Subject : regarding refund/replacement of printed double bed mattress protector by azaani comfort (Pick any 2)-blue+purple[protected] Dear sir, This is for your information that the product sent by you is totally different which you have shown/broadcast to public on the television. Length & breadth of the product is not of a standard size and also not of the appropriate quality and for your kind information i am hereby enclosing the photographs of the product. This product is delivered by the courier boy to my tenant as i was outstation and he received the money from my tenant by the means of telephonic conversation with me. When i came back i have opened this product and called customer care complaint department on[protected]. I really shocked they simply refused to exchange or refund the product by telling only one line i. E…as per the company policy i have to inform you within 48 hours. But in that case you should deliver the product to the direct customer or wait for him to come back. Why you have deliver the product to my tenant. I have given you the information immediately after opening the product when i came back from outstation. Kindly do understand my tenant just received the packet on my behalf in my absence. I talk to approximate 4-5 customer care representatives of homeshop18 and all are seems to be uneducated persons except only one senior person but they all just fulfilling the process of receiving calls and they are giving pre-learned feedback in the pre-learned 4-5 lines by the top management/senior company representatives. What all which i can understand is homeshop18 company is basically making fool of the innocent people of india or abroad by the means of fraud television broadcasting of products and in my opinion it’s a huge scam going in our country by which these people of homeshop18 are fetching hard-earned money of innocent people of india. It is not a matter of an individual but a matter of the whole country. It’s also a matter of thinking, like me how many people can come forward and can raise voice in the matter of refund or replacement, may be only 5-10% people the rest of 80-90% people will sacrifice because of shortage of time or any other reason. I am again telling you to kindly exchange or refund the product (Not of matching size and appropriate quality) which you have sent and also your product is not matching with the product which you have shown to public on television.
